2. Nature of Services
KeithFX provides manual digital currency exchange services for smaller amounts, primarily for individuals withdrawing or depositing funds from online platforms (e.g., forex brokers, online businesses, or e-wallets).
Important Disclaimer: KeithFX is not a licensed exchange in Zambia. Cryptocurrency and digital currency activities are not regulated in Zambia. By using our services, you understand and accept this risk.
3. Direct Transactions Only
Users must never send money through third parties (family, friends, agents, or other individuals).
All payments and transfers must come directly from you and be sent to the official accounts or wallets provided by KeithFX.
KeithFX will not be held responsible for losses or delays caused by transactions initiated through third parties.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use KeithFX for:
Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Sending or receiving funds on behalf of others.
Large-scale trading or speculative investments. KeithFX is intended for small transactions only.

By using KeithFX, you acknowledge that digital currency transactions carry risks, including volatility, delays, and potential loss.
KeithFX does not guarantee the future value of any digital or fiat currency.
We are not responsible for any financial losses, delays, failed transactions, or damages arising from your use of KeithFX.
You use KeithFX entirely at your own risk.

Exchange rates and fees will be communicated clearly before each transaction.
By proceeding with a transaction, you accept the applied fees and rates.
